Whatever you think and feel, you attract. Like attracts like! Whether you are vibrating on a high or low frequency is the main factor that determines whether you are successful in manifesting your dreams. Given how the law of attraction works, you magnetically draw (i.e. attract) things vibrating at the same frequency. These are things that reflect your internal state. This means that if you work to maintain a high frequency (through positivity, love, compassion, and productivity), you inevitably end up with more of the good stuff in your life. Have you ever woken up in the morning in a bad mood and then the rest of the day goes wrong? It’s the law of attraction! Have you ever been running late for work, running around saying to yourself, I can’t be late, I can’t be late! So only to find yourself stuck in traffic and late for work? It is also the law of attraction!
It is so easy to put your mind on the negative thus creating more negativity. The good news is, you can change it !! If you want your desires to come true then you MUST start your day with a simple gesture… GRATITUDE! To be truly and sincerely grateful for all that you have, whatever you see will bring more of what you want. Do you want a dream home? Show gratitude for the home you have now. You want the perfect body, show gratitude for the body you have now. Think about your organs and how they keep you alive, think about your brain and how it works, think about your legs and how they allow you to walk, run, sit, and stand. By placing yourself at a high frequency, there is no choice but to receive the same feedback.
