Police in Chino are asking the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly tried to kidnap two young girls.

Just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, MPs learned that a suspect had attempted to remove a 4 and 9 year old from his home in the 4800 block of Fairway Blvd. in the Chino Hills.

The two victims managed to get away from the suspect and ran inside their house. The suspect then moved away from the residence and was seen by CCTV nearby.

“According to the statements and video footage, the suspect is a Hispanic male, 40 to 60 years of age of average build. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and black jeans. ‘a blue surgical mask,’ Chino said. Police wrote in a press release.
