Miles Morales’ Spider-Man has peaked in popularity in recent years after appearing in several forms of media, including his own comic book series, two separate PlayStation video games, and the film. Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse while also starring in the next animated film sequel. Now, Miles is taking on a whole new form in the realm of awesome fan art, one that channels the villainous side of Spider-Man’s otherwise likable neighborhood.


Miles Morales made his first appearance in Ultimate fallout # 4 written by Brian Michael Bendis, Jonathan Hickman and Nick Spencer with illustrations by Sara Pichelli, Salvador Larroca and Clayton Crain. Miles was first spotted as Spider-Man shortly after the death of Peter Parker, a title he made his own through the remaining Ultimate Marvel saga and in its inclusion on Earth-616. Throughout his tenure as Spider-Man, Miles has had to face off against a number of villains, one of the most difficult being the Prowler who, in the Ultimate Universe, was Miles’ own uncle, Aaron Davis. In a Tweet posted by comic book artist Spencer Blair under the handle Twitter Taku, the artist posted an original piece depicting Miles Morales disguised as Prowler with the character’s own turn on the costume.
